COLIN PALMER, Chair, Powell River Regional District
Mr. Palmer brings to the table a wealth of experience in local government settings. He has been involved in Powell River local government for 20 years serving as Alderman, Mayor and Regional board Chair for the last 12 years.
He has also chaired the local office of Community Futures for 4 years; 2 years as President of the local Chamber of Commerce and 4 years on the Provincial Environmental Appeal Board.
