Accommodations in Victoria
AVICC will set up accommodation blocks at preferred rates with three of the hotels closest to the Fairmont Empress and Victoria Conference Centre, where the convention will take place.
We ask that members do not reserve more rooms than they expect to use. There are financial penalties for AVICC, and therefore for our members, if there are last-minute cancellations and the blocks are not filled. A one-night’s room and tax non-refundable deposit will be applied for all reservations.
The Host Community, the City of Victoria, has requested that AVICC establish a room contribution to offset a portion of the operational costs involved with hosting the convention. This contribution is included in the rates below.
