Cancellations, Substitutions and Refunds
The cancellation deadline is Friday, March 20, 2015. See below for cancellation, substitution and refund guidelines.
Delegates who are unable to attend are asked to notify the AVICC office to facilitate effective last minute planning. Full refunds are available up until Friday, March 20. Refunds after March 21 will be available only in cases of illness. Substitutions of delegates will be accepted until April
