THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Ministry of Health includes the following phrase to the bottom of all septic disposal permits issued on Vancouver Island:
The approval of the septic system and the issuance of this permit in no way relieves the owner or occupier of the responsibility of adhering to all other legislation which may apply to the land.
