1. Notice of AGM – Reminder
This is a reminder that we will be holding a virtual AGM on Tuesday, September 22nd from 4:30 to 5:30 pm in conjunction with the UBCM Convention.
Members that wish to attend can select the AVICC AGM as an option when registering for the UBCM Convention, and there is no additional fee to register for the AGM.
AVICC members who are not attending UBCM can register for the AVICC AGM on its own by emailing the member’s name, local government, title, contact email and phone number to avicc@ubcm.ca Please register by September 10th.
2. Election at AGM
There will be an on-line election for the three Director at Large positions on the AVICC Executive. Voting will open at 9 am on September 21st and will close at noon on September 22nd.
Members who have registered for the AGM will receive an email with their voting credentials by September 18th. The results of the election will be announced at the AGM.

- David Frisch, Councillor, City of Courtenay
- Mark Gisborne, Director, qathet Regional District
