AVICC has set up accommodation blocks at preferred rates with the three hotels closest to the Vancouver Island Conference Centre, but those blocks are now full. We ask that members do not reserve more rooms than they expect to use. There are financial penalties for AVICC, and therefore for our members, if there are last-minute cancellations and the blocks are not filled. A one-night’s room and tax non-refundable deposit will be applied for all reservations.

Please note the check-out times for the hotels, and plan to check out by that time.  Late check-out requests are not guaranteed.  There will be luggage storage provided onsite at the convention, or at the hotel, as our program will adjourn at noon on Sunday.
