Future Convention Host Communities

AVICC hosts its AGM & Convention in April each year. Member communities are invited to communicate their  interest and willingness to host future dates by October – 18 months in advance of the proposed convention date. 

Host communities must have facilities to accommodate 350 or more guests, and must meet the requirements outlined in the following document:

The 2025 AVICC AGM & Convention is being hosted by the City of Nanaimo and the Regional District of Nanaimo at the Vancouver Island Conference Centre, April 11-13, 2025.
