2016 Trade Show Exhibitor

The 67th Annual Convention of the Association of Vancouver Island and Coastal Communities will be held in the Vancouver Island Conference Centre, 101 Gordon Street, Nanaimo from April 8-10, 2016. A trade show will be held in the room next to the Convention sessions, and refreshments for delegates will also be served in this trade show area. Register as an exhibitor, and take advantage of this opportunity to connect with over 200 political delegates from 51 local governments on Vancouver Island, the Sunshine Coast, Powell River and the Central Coast. The official opening of the Convention is at 2:00 p.m. on Friday and will adjourn at noon on Sunday. Booths must be staffed between 1:00 p.m. Friday and 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. The $1,000 (+ GST) cost per booth includes the opportunity to:

• have a display booth for the Friday and Saturday of Convention;
• include material in the delegate kits;
• be acknowledged in the convention signage; and
• one complimentary delegate registration package which includes attendance at all business sessions and social events.
