2020 Annual Report is now available at Annual Report.
The Annual Report includes the agenda, President’s Report, audited financial statements, member dues and the 2020 budget for receipt at the AGM. The draft minutes for last year’s 2019 AGM and Convention were sent out to members in June, 2019 and are available on the website at 2019 AGM Minutes.
Biographies are also included for the six candidates for the three Director at Large positions on the Executive Committee. The voting for these positions will be held on-line starting Monday, September 21st and finishing at noon on Tuesday, September 22nd. Voting information will be sent to those who have registered for the AGM on Friday, September 18th. The vote for AVICC representatives will be separate to the vote for the UBCM Executive candidates although managed with the same software.
